Is there a free trial?
Yes. Start with a free trial that includes 50 free live-listing credits. No credit card required.
Can I edit a listing before it's published?
Yes. Every part of a draft is editable — title, description, condition, price, shipping, and return policy — before you hit Publish. Nothing goes live until you say so.
Do I have to fill out every field before publishing?
No. FlipPress pre-fills the required fields for you. If anything is missing or invalid, it's highlighted before you can publish, so your listings don't fail.
Which marketplaces can I cross-list to?
eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Mercari, Poshmark, Etsy, and Depop. One listing form publishes to eBay and cross-lists everywhere else you've connected — no re-entering details for each marketplace.
Do I need my computer to cross-list?
Mostly no. Cross-listing runs in the cloud, so you can list from your phone without leaving a desktop running. Facebook Marketplace is the exception — it uses the free FlipPress Crosslister browser extension on a desktop.
What happens when an item sells?
FlipPress detects the sale on whichever marketplace it happened and automatically delists that item everywhere else. No racing to your computer, and no double-selling.
How do I connect my selling accounts?
Connect your marketplaces from your dashboard in a few clicks. eBay is your primary publishing destination, and you can also connect Facebook Marketplace, Mercari, Poshmark, Etsy, and Depop to cross-list automatically. FlipPress securely links each account so it can list on your behalf.
What happens after I upload a batch of photos?
FlipPress automatically categorizes your items (or you can pick the category yourself), then generates a ready-to-review draft for each one — title, description, and more. You can review, tweak, and publish straight from your dashboard.
Can I upload one big pile of photos at once?
Yes — with one caveat: Auto-Slice is a FlipPress feature that splits a large batch by a fixed number of photos per item. For example, if each item has three photos, every item is separated for you automatically.
Can I delete a listing or a whole batch?
Yes. You can delete individual drafts or entire batches from your dashboard anytime if you no longer want to publish them.
Can I schedule listings or send offers automatically?
Yes. Schedule listings to publish later, auto-send offers on eBay, Mercari, Poshmark, and Depop, and keep your Poshmark closet sharing on autopilot.
What image formats are supported?
We support standard image formats like JPG, JPEG, and PNG. You can upload multiple photos per item in a single batch.
Can I use FlipPress on my phone?
Yes. FlipPress is fully responsive and installs as a Progressive Web App (PWA) — add it to your Home Screen and use it like an app. There's also a native iOS app.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime — changes apply on your next billing cycle — and cancel whenever you like. You'll keep access through the end of your billing period.
