# Vendoo Alternatives in 2026: How to Pick a Crosslister for the Way You Actually Sell
Vendoo is the tool most resellers try first, and there are good reasons for that. It's been around, it's trusted, it covers 10+ marketplaces, it has native iOS *and* Android apps, and — the part competitors don't like to say out loud — every paid tier is unlimited items. That last one is a genuinely strong offer, and it's why "just get Vendoo" is decent default advice.
But default advice isn't the same as right advice. Cross-listers differ enormously in *shape*: which marketplaces they reach, whether the automation runs in the cloud or needs your browser open, whether they help you write the listing or just move it around, and what the pricing punishes. The wrong shape for your inventory costs you more than the subscription does.

First, decide what job you're hiring the tool for
Almost everyone shopping for a cross-lister is actually shopping for one of four different jobs. Naming yours narrows the field immediately.
1. "I have listings on eBay and I want them everywhere else." Pure distribution. You already write your own listings.
2. "I want the software to help write the listing from photos." Generation, not just movement.
3. "I live on Poshmark and I need the sharing and offers handled." Platform-specific automation.
4. "I want to stop paying for three tools." Consolidation.
If you want distribution and nothing else: Vendoo is hard to beat
If your job is job #1, be honest with yourself about whether you need to leave. Vendoo's Free tier does 5 items a month, and paid runs Starter $14.99 · Growth $29.99 · Pro $59.99, with unlimited items on all three — the tiers differ mainly by background-removal quota. It covers eBay, Poshmark, Facebook Marketplace, Mercari, Etsy, Depop, Shopify, Whatnot, Grailed and Vestiaire, does sale detection and auto-delist, and has native apps on both phone platforms.
The honest limits: Vendoo's AI is listing *enhancement*, not photos→full-listing generation, and there's no sourcing/scanning side at all. If neither of those matters to you, the case for switching is weak.
Where the alternatives beat it is precisely on those axes, plus a few structural ones below.
If you sell on Vinted: Crosslist
This is the clearest single-feature answer in the category. Crosslist reaches 11+ marketplaces including Vinted and WooCommerce — breadth nobody else on this list has. If Vinted is part of your business, the conversation is basically over; nothing else here reaches it, FlipPress included.
Know the trade-offs going in. Crosslist is a hybrid architecture — API where it can, a local browser extension where it can't — so it's partially tethered to your desktop. Its AI is a +$4.99/mo add-on rather than bundled. There's no free tier (3-day money-back instead), and it's US/UK/CA/AU only. Pricing runs Bronze $29.99 (200 listings) · Silver $34.99 (500) · Gold $39.99 (1,000) · Diamond $44.99 (unlimited).
If Poshmark is your main store: Sidekick (or Flyp)
Sidekick has the deepest Poshmark automation anywhere — 24/7 sharing, offers-to-likers, follow bots — and it runs in the cloud, plus native iOS and Android. It cross-lists to 7 marketplaces (Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, Depop, Etsy, Grailed, Whatnot) with sold detection and auto-delist/relist. Two product lines: Crosslisting $9.99 (100 items) / $19.99 (250) / $29.99 (500) / $44.99 (1,000), and Full Automation $29.99–$59.99. That $9.99 entry is the cheapest serious crosslist on-ramp in the field. Its listing pillar is thin, though — AI assists, not generation — and there's no scanner.
Flyp is the price floor: 100 days completely free, then $9/mo flat, unlimited, 6 marketplaces, auto-delist, and a genuinely deep Poshmark bot. The catch is that it's browser/extension-tethered with a one-at-a-time listing flow and no generative AI at all. If your constraint is budget and you don't mind babysitting a browser, it's a lot of tool for nine dollars.
If you want the listing written for you: Nifty, or us
Nifty has the deepest pure cloud automation in the field — share, relist, offer and follow bots that run with your device off — plus real AI photos→drafts. Two real limits: 6 marketplaces, and no native apps (their own docs say so). Pricing is the priciest here: Automation $39.99 · Crosslisting Plus/Pro $39.99/$59.99 · Bundles $69.99/$89.99, with a 7-day trial and no permanent free tier. Nifty has a devoted following and it earns a lot of it.
FlipPress (ours) covers 7 marketplaces — eBay, Mercari, Poshmark, Etsy, Depop, Whatnot and Facebook Marketplace — with cloud cross-listing, sold detection and auto-delist/relist, photos→listing generation, a Profit Scanner for sourcing decisions, and auto-offers, across a web app, a native iOS app and a Chrome extension. Where we lose, plainly: Vendoo and Crosslist reach more marketplaces than we do. Vendoo gives you unlimited items on every paid tier and we don't — we run on credits. Vendoo, Crosslist and Sidekick all have native Android; we don't. And we don't reach Vinted. If any of those is your dealbreaker, buy the tool that solves it.
If you're running a store, not a closet: ResaleOS
Worth knowing about even though it isn't aimed at solo flippers. ResaleOS covers 28+ channels, has an AI pricing scanner and AI cataloging, plus consignor payouts and POS. Pricing: Crosslister $24.99 (6 marketplaces, 200 listings/mo) · Reseller $89.99 (unlimited marketplaces, 500 listings/mo) · Pro $219.99, with a $1 first month. If you have consignors or a physical location, this is a different and better-fitting category of software. If you're one person and a garage, it's shaped wrong and priced accordingly.
If subscriptions are the objection: Treecat
Treecat charges nothing until an item sells, then $0.60 down to $0.06 per crosslisted item sold by volume, across eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Whatnot, Amazon, Etsy and Facebook. The framing is genuinely clever against subscription fatigue. The trade-off is real: it requires a local desktop agent on Windows or Mac, so you're tethered, and there's no mobile app.
The four questions that actually decide it
1. Which marketplaces do you need? If Vinted is on the list, it's Crosslist. If Amazon or Shopify is on it, check Treecat, Vendoo or ResaleOS. Otherwise most of these cover the standard six or seven.
2. Cloud or tethered? If you need delisting and sharing to happen while your laptop is closed, that rules out Flyp, Crosslist's tethered paths and Treecat. Nifty, Sidekick and FlipPress run in the cloud.
3. Do you want the listing written, or just moved? Generation is a real dividing line — Nifty and FlipPress do it; Vendoo, Sidekick and Flyp mostly don't.
4. Item caps or unlimited? High-volume sellers should look hard at Vendoo's unlimited paid tiers, Flyp's $9 flat, and Crosslist Diamond. Credit-based pricing (ours included) is better value at moderate volume and worse at very high volume. Do that arithmetic with your own listing count.
The uncomfortable summary
There is no best cross-lister. There's a best one *for your marketplaces, your volume and your tolerance for keeping a browser open.*
