Crosslisting apps all promise the same thing — list once, sell everywhere — but they make very different trade-offs to get there. The right one depends less on "which is best" and more on how you sell: which marketplaces, how much volume, how much automation you want, and whether you need help creating listings or just distributing them.
Full disclosure up front: we make one of the tools on this list (FlipPress). This guide plays it straight anyway — for several kinds of sellers, another tool on this page is the better pick, and we say so by name. Every price below was checked directly on each company's site on July 19, 2026.
Four questions before you compare anything
1. Which marketplaces do you actually sell on? Not "support" lists — the two or three where your money comes from. If one of them is missing from a tool, nothing else matters.
2. Cloud or tethered? Cloud tools do their work (delisting, sharing, relisting) on their own servers with your computer off. Tethered tools need your browser or a desktop agent running. Cloud costs more to build, so it usually costs you more — but it's the difference between automation and a chore.
3. Do you need more than distribution? Some tools only move listings between marketplaces. Others also create the listings from photos, or help you price items while sourcing. Buying one tool instead of three changes the math.
4. Caps or unlimited? Some tools price per listing, others charge flat rates for unlimited items. High-volume sellers should do this arithmetic first.
Start here, by seller type
- You sell on Vinted or run a WooCommerce store → Crosslist. Its 11+ marketplace list has breadth nobody else matches.
- You want unlimited items at the lowest serious price → Vendoo. Every paid tier is unlimited, starting at $14.99/mo.
- Poshmark is your main store → Sidekick, with the deepest Poshmark automation in the field — or Nifty if you want cloud bots across several marketplaces.
- You want the cheapest possible way in → Flyp. $9/mo flat, unlimited, after 100 free days.
- You're allergic to subscriptions → Treecat. Free until an item actually sells.
- You run a resale store with consignors → ResaleOS. It's priced for stores, and shaped like one.
- You want sourcing, listing creation, and crosslisting in one subscription → FlipPress (that's us).
The contenders, honestly
Vendoo — the incumbent, and the safe default
Vendoo is the benchmark for pure distribution: 10+ marketplaces (including Shopify, Grailed, and Vestiaire), sale detection with auto-delist, bulk tools, and native apps on both iOS and Android. In 2026 it dropped per-item pricing — a free tier covers 5 items/month, and every paid tier ($14.99 / $29.99 / $59.99) is unlimited items, with tiers differing mainly by photo background-removal quota. Its AI enhances listings rather than generating them from photos, and there's no sourcing help. If you only want the distribution job done, and you want it proven, this is the conservative pick.
Crosslist — the breadth play
Crosslist covers 11+ marketplaces, including two nobody else on this list touches: Vinted and WooCommerce. Strong bulk editing, background autoposting, and native mobile apps on both platforms. The trade-offs: it's a hybrid — some marketplaces run through a local browser extension, so it's partially tethered; AI listing help is a $4.99/mo add-on rather than bundled; there's no free tier (a 3-day money-back window instead); and it's available in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia only. Plans run $29.99 to $44.99 by listing volume. If Vinted is on your list, stop reading — this is your tool.
Sidekick — the Poshmark specialist that grew
Sidekick started as a Poshmark bot and it still does that job better than anyone: 24/7 closet sharing, offers-to-likers, follow automation — running in the cloud. Around it grew a real crosslister covering 7 marketplaces including Grailed, with sold detection and auto-delist. Crosslisting starts at $9.99/mo for 100 items (up to $44.99 for 1,000); the full automation line runs $29.99–$59.99. iOS and Android apps. Listing creation is assist-level rather than photos-to-listing. If Poshmark is where you live, price the Sidekick bundle against Nifty before deciding anything.
Nifty — cloud automation with a following
Nifty's pitch is "runs entirely in the cloud — device off," and it delivers: sharing, relisting, offers, and follows across Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, and Depop (plus crosslist-only Etsy and Whatnot), with an AI listing generator that drafts from photos. It has a devoted user base for a reason. The costs: no native mobile apps, and the field's highest prices — automation at $39.99/mo and the full bundles at $69.99–$89.99, with a 7-day trial rather than a free tier. If you want the deepest multi-marketplace botting and the price fits your volume, it earns its fans.
Flyp — the price floor
Flyp is $9/mo flat for unlimited everything, after a 100-day free trial with no card. Six marketplaces, auto-delist on sale, and a genuinely deep Poshmark bot with scheduling and offers-to-likers. What the price buys down: it's browser-tethered (your machine does the work), the listing flow is one item at a time, and there's no generative AI or sourcing help. For a seller with modest volume who wants crosslisting without a real budget line, it's the obvious start.
Treecat — the no-subscription experiment
Treecat charges nothing until a crosslisted item sells — then $0.60 per sale, sliding to $0.06 at volume. Seven channels including Amazon, AI listing generation, 24/7 sold monitoring. It requires a local desktop agent on Windows or Mac (tethered), it's oriented toward resale teams, and it's the newest entrant here, with the shortest track record. But if subscription fatigue is the thing keeping you from crosslisting at all, this pricing model deserves a look.
ResaleOS — for stores, priced like it
ResaleOS is the closest thing to a full operating system for resale businesses: an AI pricing scanner, AI cataloging, crosslisting to 28+ channels (StockX, GOAT, Discogs, Amazon…), consignor payouts, and POS. It's aimed at consignment and brick-and-mortar operations, and priced accordingly — the crosslister tier is $24.99/mo (6 marketplaces, 200 listings), with the full reseller tier at $89.99. If you have consignors, it's built for you. If you're a solo flipper, you're paying for store machinery you won't use.

And one honesty note on our own architecture: Facebook Marketplace listing runs through our desktop browser extension, not the cloud. There is no best crosslisting app — there's a best one for your marketplaces, your volume, and your tolerance for babysitting a browser. Pick with the four questions, take whatever free tier or trial your shortlist offers, and let your own workflow break the tie.
